Balancing family life while serving on Active Duty in the USAF has taught me invaluable lessons in leadership, resilience, and the power of support. My passion for helping others stems from these experiences. Whether it's guiding leaders to realize their full potential, assisting individuals through life's challenges, or improving team dynamics, I am dedicated to making a positive impact.
